About
Aaron Whitehead is an experienced political and public policy consultant from Austin, Texas. He has worked on over 500 political, issue advocacy, and corporate branding campaigns in his career. Some highlights include working on behalf of the President of the United States, Fortune 50 companies, as well as electing Governors and United States Senators. Aaron is known as a tenacious advocate for his clients to ensure their success.
Prior to forming Resolve, Aaron served as Communications Director for the Republican Party of Texas. Aaron’s experience with Texas politics included 2 ½ years with the Governor, serving in the Texas House as a Chairman’s Chief of Staff, and managing winning GOP campaigns statewide.
He has been fortunate to work in over 30 states on some of the country's highest-profile campaigns and PACs.
Aaron and his wife, Erin, live in Driftwood, Texas, with their two children.

Rachel Pewitt joins Resolve Campaigns as the President and Director of Operations where she guides strategic planning, fulfillment and project management. Rachel has a demonstrated record of client support and success managing thousands of projects across nearly all 50 states. At Resolve, she provides a leadership role in the advertising process, writing and producing for clients.
Previously, Rachel led a team of project managers while also overseeing direct mail and targeted digital advertising campaigns for hundreds of candidates, committees and companies.
Rachel graduated from Rhodes College and now lives in Chicago, Illinois.

Karley Cuccia brings almost two decades of experience to Resolve Campaigns as Creative Director. A seasoned graphic designer, Karley excels in creating and conceptualizing engaging and effective campaigns for political, policy and brand clients nationwide.
Prior to joining Resolve Campaigns, Karley served as a Senior Graphic Designer where she was responsible for the creation of thousands of pieces of unique and compelling creative as well as recruitment and training of junior designers.
Karley lives in Las Vegas, Nevada with her husband Ben and true stars of the show - dogs, Buster and Bandit.

Originally from Northern Virginia, skillful Graphic Designer Jen Riha now calls the Midwest home. Jen joins Resolve with over 10 years of experience that make her uniquely gifted at guiding artistic ideas from inception to reality.
Before coming on board with Resolve Campaigns, Jen spearheaded innovative strategies to create print and digital marketing materials that catered to the real estate industry with a nationwide reach.
When she isn’t designing, Jen can be found crafting, crocheting, reading, or cooking.
